1. Astronomy Day, Sat. May 14^th Bill and Louis have finalized plans. Activities will include.

a. Children’s crafts.

b. Story Telling with Cowboy Rick

c. Planetarium Shows.

d. Talks by Bill Luzader and Paul Grueter

e. Solar Viewing

f. Evening Viewing

2. Observing Night at Chickatawbut Ed Ct. Blue Hills Reservation, - June 17^th. 8:00 – 10:00 PM – Everything is set at this time.

3. Hayden Planetarium Trip Report – Only Jeff mad Bill went.

4. Newport Folk Festival- Festival is a day only program.

a. Bill, Jeff, Paul, George and Eric are planning to attend

5. Board of Directors Meeting Report

a. Special introductory membership for Astronomy Day $20 for rest of the year.

b. A plaque will be placed on the “Andy” telescope. Eric Biondi will get the plaque

6. Scituate Viewing Nights – Louis will be setting up his scope every Thursday at the Library

7. Welcome new members, Ernie McNeill and Nate Roman
