TELESCOPE DONATIONS
Periodically the
South Shore Astronomical Society
makes a donation of a telescope
to an organization or an individual
in the South Shore area
to help promote an interest in Astronomy.
As part of Astronomy Day 2009
the SSAS donated a 6" Dobsonian Telescope to
The Cardinal Cushing Center
in Hanover.
In November of 2006
the SSAS donated a Dobsonian Telescope to
the Cushing School in Scituate.
